Please pray for the mentors who are ministering to a children through this ministry. These mentors are giving 2-4 hours to their assigned child on a weekly basis. Being a mentor is a long-term and often difficult ministry. Mentors can become discouraged, wondering if they are having an impact. Others are in constant need of wisdom as they encounter weekly challenges that are often outside of their cultural context. We change the names of mentors and their mentees but God knows who they are. He reads the Newsletter too.
